An email will be sent to the email you provided with the order number and confirmation of the product you have order. This is also your invoice.
If you do not received a confirmation email from us within 1 hour from when you placed your email. Please contact us via email sales@funtasia.com.au or click on Contact Us on the website.
Any order transactions that flag as possible fraudulent, we will send an email request for proof of bank/credit card transaction for that order.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide proof of purchase at our request.
Funtasia is not responsible to any delay to dispatch any parcel until proof of transaction is received.
Order will be cancel and refunded if customer is unable to provide proof of purchase.
A tracking number will be sent out to the email provided once dispatched.
It is the customer's responsibility to check email and track their order to ensure that they are home to received the parcel. Some email system will flag us as spam/junk so make sure you check your spam/junk folders.

You order will be placed in a safe place by our contract couriers if unattended.
Most of our parcels are sent without signature on delivery. For signature with your delivery or please contact us to arrange prior to placing your order.
Please note due to covid19. It is recommended that where possible we suggest that orders to be placed in a safe area when delivered by our courier company. This to encourage a Zero Touch to prevent spreading of covid-19.
We will try our best to dispatch all orders ASAP. However, once its dispatch its the customer's responsibility to track and make inquiries with courier company regarding time of delivery.
If you need help with tracking or follow up with courier company, we are happy to assist.
Funtasia have multiple warehouse and store where we dispatch orders from. There are possibilities that a order will have multiple parcel sent from different locations. Customer will receive multiple tracking numbers if the orders are dispatched from multiple locations.

All orders are packed in Australia Post PostPak boxes, or unmarked plain boxes.
Yes we do but only to P. O. Boxes within Australia.
