At Funtasia, customer privacy is of utmost importance to us. We only collect the information we need to process your order, and we use that information for processing your order. Nothing more than that.

Which information do we gather?

For those making a purchase, the information we obtain is your name, e-mail address, physical address, contact telephone number if possible and the shipping address of that order. All of our transactions are encrypted for your security. We use DirectOne realtime transactions, and SSL encryption, offering you maximum peace of mind.

Do we share information?

At Funtasia, we NEVER share, trade or rent user information to anyone.
In order to transfer payment for your order, your credit card details will be sent in encrypted form to your bank for clearance. It is as simple and as safe as that!

When would we contact you?

We will not send you any promotional material unless you request it.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order fromshortly after submitting the order.

If your order cannot be shipped to you in the allocated time (see delivery information), one of our customer support representatives will send an e-mail to let you know how your order is going from our end.

If your order does not contain enough information (example, address details) for us to ship your order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you via e-mail.

If we cannot contact you via email, we may call the telephone number you provide, but will not identify ourselves until we are satisifed that we are speaking to the person who's name is on the order.

Discreet?

We appear on credit card statements as "Elfchair Pty Ltd".
All Funtasia products are delivered using Australia Post.
All parcels are either in Australia Post Packaging, or in plain discrete boxes.
