To Order
Online Using a Credit Card:
We accept online payment using Mastercard,
Bankcard and VISA. Your statement will refer to us as "Aland Holdings Pty Ltd".
When you find a product that you would like to purchase, click the "Add To Cart"
button next to the product listing. The contents of your shopping cart will then be displayed, along with, their quantities, prices, and the total amount. The cost of shipping is not included at this point.
From here, you can
add more products to your cart by browsing the site again
and clicking buy on another product. To process the purchase,
click on "View Cart", to view your cart then the "Checkout" button at the bottom.
You will then be asked for your email address and password, or if your are a new customer, you will have to enter your delivery and contact details, and a password for future purchases. Please note that all fields preceeded by an asterix (*) are required to be filled out. Your password allows you to simply enter your email address and password next time you shop at Funtasia, saving you the hassle of typing everything out again.
If you are making your purchase using a Funtasia Gift Voucher, enter your voucher number in the field at the bottom of the page.
The next screen allows
you to double check your delivery details and the contents of your order,
and make any changes if necessary. The cost of shipping (if any) will also be displayed on this page, based on your country and the value of your order. When you are satisfied that this information is correct, click "Continue."
You will then be prompted for payment details, if you are paying by credit card, just fill out the top form with your credit card details and click continue (please only click once). You will be notified of the result of your transaction, and you will recieve a
notification email at the email address you gave us confirming your order. We will then pack and dispatch your order straight away.
Your details are protected using industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption throughout all stages of the checkout.

To Order By Mail or Fax Using a Credit Card:
To obtain the correct
details, purchase the goods and proceed through the checkout to the order confirmation page on the web site. You can then print this page without
putting any credit card details in, and this document can serve as your order
form.
If you are sending us a cheque or money order, it is also a good idea to continue to the payment details page, and select your method of payment from the bottom form. Leaving the top credit card details form blank and click continue. This will place the order in our system, and allow us to prepare your order before your cheque or money order arrives.
For mail and fax orders, there
is also a formal order form available to download below. If you don't have a printer,
just drop us an email and we will be happy to mail some order forms out to
you.
